Returns Policy

We accept returns in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Due to the nature of the parts we sell, all returns are assessed and approved at our discretion.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are sold in used condition, and no warranty is provided.

General Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival before approval.

  • A restocking fee or cancellation fee may apply.

  • Change of mind or customer error returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The part has been tampered with, modified, damaged, or installed and used.

  • The part is an electrical component, which can be damaged by customer electrical systems.

  • The part is a high-wear or disposable item, including but not limited to:

    • Bearings

    • Brake pads

    • Seals and gaskets

    • O-rings

    • Tyres or inner tubes

These items are not covered under any guarantee unless specifically stated. We strongly recommend inspecting and, if necessary, replacing these parts before use to ensure safety and optimal performance.
