Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally from New Zealand.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in process. If it’s too late to cancel, you’re still welcome to return the item once it arrives for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX — as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We typically process orders within 1–3 business days, and they’re shipped the following day. Please allow extra time during peak periods like holidays or sales.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on location, but most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
How do I return an item?

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
